The Ideal Tool for Everyday Maths

Unlike the complex displays of advanced scientific calculators, this standard calculator focuses on the most basic needs: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division (four operations). Its large buttons and clean interface deliver fast results on mobile devices and computers without confusion.

Discount and VAT Calculation with the Percentage (%) Key

The % key provides great convenience for finding discount rates while shopping or adding VAT to a commercial invoice. Instead of lengthy division and multiplication, enter the main number, key in the percentage you want to add or subtract, and reach the final result in one step.

Understanding Calculator Memory Keys

Memory keys (M+, M-, MR, MC) — familiar from physical desktop calculators but often poorly understood — are powerful shortcuts that allow the calculator to keep running subtotals in mind without you needing to note them down between consecutive operations.

M+ and M- Keys

The M+ (Memory Plus) key adds the result on screen to the device's virtual memory. The M- (Memory Minus) key subtracts the value on screen from the number held in memory. These are used to calculate the subtotals of multiple different invoices or product groups and build an overall total.

MR and MC Keys

MR (Memory Recall) displays on screen the overall balance accumulated in the background through M+ and M- presses. MC (Memory Clear) completely clears and resets the calculator's memory when you want to start a new sequence of operations.

Frequently Asked Questions

When you press 'C', all calculations performed up to that point and all steps stored in memory are deleted, resetting the system completely. The 'CE' key only deletes the 'last digit/last entry' you mistyped while writing a long operation; your previous correct operations are not deleted.
