Finance & Investment Calculators

8 free tools for loans, deposits, rent increase and investments.

What Data Do These Finance Tools Use?

The loan calculator uses the PMT (equal installment) formula that banks use to work out your monthly payment and total repayment, and it shows a month-by-month amortization table. The inflation tool uses TÜİK's (Turkish Statistical Institute) official CPI series from 2015 onward. The rent increase calculator automatically applies the 12-month CPI average, which Turkish law sets as the legal cap. Results come from current official data, not assumed rates.

The deposit return tool shows net yield after withholding tax (the rate depends on the term), and the dividend calculator accounts for dividend withholding tax (15% since 22 December 2024). The gold, crypto and currency tool converts at current rates. The credit card minimum payment calculator shows how many months it takes to clear the debt, and how much interest you pay in total, if you only pay the minimum.

All results are estimates for information only, not investment advice. Current bank rates, promotions and your credit score change the final numbers. Check with your bank or a financial advisor before a major decision.
